Company Profile

Touei Housing entered the Detached Housing sales market in the Tokyo metropolitan area in 1979. With our philosophy that the customer is always first, we aim to be a company that contributes to the progress and development of human society through the residential development business. We operate residential and real estate businesses (sale of lots of land, construction contracting, etc.), with the Detached Housing sales business as their core. Our stock was offered publicly on the OTC market in 1999, and in 2002 we listed our stock on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The current term is our 60th term.

Our position in our industry

We concentrate our business resources on the Tokyo metropolitan area, which accounts for about 50% of the domestic residential Detached Housing sales market. The aggregate total of units we have sold up until the present day exceeds 41,000. Our company is the only company to obtain two types of accreditation in the building industry that attest to the quality of housing - the "Housing Performance Evaluation" and "Long-life Quality Housing" - for all the properties we supply. We supply a high-quality, affordable brand of housing, our "Blooming Garden" brand, which utilizes the total structural strengths of our company. The brand focuses on the twenties to thirties age range, the primary age group for acquiring housing, as its target customer group.
